For example: if a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus, the total balance becomes ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may be claimed only once per user, unless different terms are stated in the offer description.
• While a bonus is active, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings generated from the bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If multiple accounts, fraudulent betting, or bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.3 Weekly and Special Promotions

5.1 Fair Play Commitment

For example: a Gold member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

6.2 Tier Changes
